We want your MerryReveal order to match what we promised. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery under the conditions below. Opened products cannot be returned for a change of mind. Different rules apply to an item that arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or incomplete.
Change-of-mind returns
You may request an eligible change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, complete and in their original resaleable condition, with product seals, packaging and included accessories intact. Opening the outer shipping carton to inspect the delivery does not by itself make an item ineligible.
Blind boxes and advent calendars
For change-of-mind returns, surprise packaging, individual blind bags and calendar doors must remain unopened. Once the concealed contents have been revealed, the product is not eligible for a change-of-mind return under this voluntary policy, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
For products expressly described as randomized, a preferred character, color or design is not guaranteed unless stated on the product page. This does not excuse missing pieces, the wrong advertised quantity, defects or contents that do not match the description. Product-specific promises about unique items, duplicates or included designs remain binding.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or incomplete items
Contact service@merryreveal.com as soon as you discover a problem. Please provide your order number, a description and photos where reasonably available. You do not need to supply an unboxing video. Opening a calendar door or blind bag to discover a defect does not remove your rights.
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement parts, a replacement item or a refund, subject to your applicable rights. If we require a return for a confirmed fault, wrong item or shipping damage, we will arrange or pay the necessary return shipping. Do not discard the item until we have discussed the next step.
Our voluntary change-of-mind window does not shorten any legal rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods.
How to request a return
- Email service@merryreveal.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- We will check eligibility and send the correct return instructions and destination.
- Send an approved change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days after receiving those instructions. Use protective packaging and retain proof of shipment.
Return destination: Please contact us for the full return address; do not send a parcel to an unconfirmed address printed on the original shipping label or our business correspondence address.
Return costs and exclusions
Change-of-mind return shipping: Free return. Original outbound shipping charges for a change-of-mind return: Free return. Restocking fees: 0. These conditions do not override a right to a no-cost remedy or refund under applicable law.
Items damaged through misuse, or returned incomplete for reasons unrelated to a product issue, may not qualify for a change-of-mind refund. Any product-specific final-sale exclusion must be clearly disclosed before purchase and cannot remove mandatory rights for defective or misdescribed goods.
Refunds
We will inspect a returned item and notify you of the outcome within 30 business days after receipt. If approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days, or sooner where required by law. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.
The refund reflects the amount actually paid for the returned items, including applicable discounts and refundable taxes. We will explain any permitted deduction. Refunds for an unshipped order that we cancel or cannot fulfill are handled promptly under the applicable rules and are not subject to return inspection.
Exchanges and gifts
If you want a different item, contact us to discuss availability and return eligibility. A replacement order is separate unless we confirm an exchange arrangement. For a gift return, provide the order number or other proof of purchase; refunds normally go to the original purchaser’s payment method.
