Free VIP Shipping on Orders US$39 & Over

When your order qualifies for the US$39 threshold at checkout, VIP Shipping becomes free automatically. No shipping discount code is required.

For qualifying orders, free VIP Shipping is the only shipping option displayed. For orders below the threshold, you can choose Standard, Express, or VIP Shipping at the rates shown above. Review your final order total and shipping charge before completing payment.

If your checkout displays another currency, the USD amounts above are reference amounts; review the shipping fee and free-shipping eligibility shown in your checkout currency.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our general estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery timing can vary by destination and shipping service. Any specific delivery estimate provided at checkout should be reviewed before you order. For Express or VIP timing, or if you need your order for a particular date, please contact us before purchasing.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs clearance, peak-season demand, severe weather, or carrier disruptions may affect delivery. If your delivery is delayed, contact us so we can help check its status.

Tracking Your Order

Check the shipping updates or tracking details provided for your order. Carrier tracking may take time to show new scans. If tracking is unavailable, has stopped updating, or shows a delivery you have not received, email us with your order number so we can help investigate.

Delivery Address & Order Changes

Please check your recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, postal code, and contact details before submitting your order.

If you need to correct an address or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether the change can still be made; changes may no longer be possible once an order is being processed or has shipped.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your delivery arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Include clear photos of the item and packaging where relevant, and keep the packaging while we review the issue and help with the next steps.
