These terms describe the conditions for shopping with MerryReveal and using our online store.

Using the store
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who can do so. Provide accurate checkout and contact information and keep account credentials secure. Do not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access or interference with its operation.
Products and surprise contents
We sell seasonal and themed surprise products, including Halloween, Christmas, pet-themed gifts and building sets. The individual product page describes the item, quantity, materials, intended use and any random assortment conditions that apply.
The number of calendar doors, compartments and included pieces is the number stated for that specific product. A calendar day count is not automatically the same as a piece count. Illustrative examples do not guarantee a particular random design unless expressly promised. We will not use random assortment terms to excuse goods that differ materially from their advertised description.
Follow product age ratings, assembly instructions and safety warnings. Pet-themed merchandise is not necessarily intended for animal use. Give an item to a pet only if the product is specifically labeled for that use, and follow its supervision and suitability instructions.
Orders and availability
An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch, unless we expressly accept earlier. Orders remain subject to stock availability and reasonable payment or fraud checks. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the canceled items and applicable charges.
If a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and offer available options. We will not charge a higher amount or supply a materially different substitute without your agreement.
Prices, payment and promotions
The transaction currency, product prices, discounts, shipping charges and taxes we collect are shown before checkout is completed. Payment methods are those offered at checkout. Promotion eligibility, expiry dates and combination rules are those disclosed with the offer. Changes to future prices do not change a price already agreed for an accepted order.
Delivery, returns and cancellation
Our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Order Cancellation Policy explain delivery estimates, remedies and cancellation requests. These terms do not override specific promises made when you purchased or any mandatory consumer rights.
Reviews and customer content
If you submit a review or other content, ensure it is truthful, relevant and that you have permission to share it. Do not include another person’s private information. By submitting content for publication, you give us a non-exclusive permission to display and format it for that stated purpose. You retain ownership of your content. Any separate use in advertising will be subject to the permissions and disclosures required for that use.
Store content and third-party services
Store branding, text and images are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may use the store for personal shopping, but may not reproduce its content for commercial use without permission or another lawful basis.
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Payment providers and other third-party services may have their own terms for the services they provide. Information about personal data is in our Privacy Policy.
Service availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care in operating the store but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security or other reasonable operational needs. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or warranties that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory remedies for defective, unsafe or misdescribed goods.

Contact service@merryreveal.com so we can try to resolve a concern. You retain any right to use the courts, consumer authorities or other remedies available under applicable law.
We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version. The terms applicable to an order are those in effect when the purchase agreement is made, unless a change is legally required or you agree otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
